I LOVE sourdough! I love the feel of the dough and the satisfaction of watching it transform into amazingly tasting goodies! I started this journey in 2020 after finding out that my grandkids, who are gluten intolerant, could eat long fermented sourdough*. Long fermentation allows the gluten structures to break down allowing for easier digestion. I started with regular and sandwich breads and then branched out into rolls, scones, cookies, muffins, etc. As word spread, my customer base began to grow! It brings me so much joy to serve others in this way. Plus, there is nothing like fresh sourdough to enhance any meal!

Location/Ordering
I’m based in Nampa, Idaho and bake to order. Because of the long-fermentation process, it takes 1.5 days to process orders. Please order by 9AM for pickup the next afternoon (example: order by 9AM on Wednesday for pickup on Thursday 4pm-8pm). No baking/pickup on Sundays.
I’m also a part of the REKO Treasure Valley online farmers market. If you’re in Star, Middleton, Meridian, Boise or Kuna – choose the option for your nearest pickup location when checking out.

Alternatives/Substitutions
Alternatives include: organic, sugar-free (substituting monkfruit) and dairy-free (substituting coconut milk and plant-based butter).
